Kafkaesque

This might be a bit esoteric, but as a literature fanatic I have to share it.

If you're not familiar with Franz Kafka, he's the Czech-born author of the short story "The Metamorphosis" (about a man who changes into a giant bug) and the novels "The Trial" and "The Castle", all of which involve individuals caught up in a "nightmarishly impersonal and bureaucratic world." (The last quote is from the ever-useful Wikipedia.)

And, well, hopefully that's all the background you need to watch this utterly fantastic video from The Onion:

Prague's Franz Kafka International Named World's Most Alienating Airport

That's hilarious!

It's only funny because it's true.

Love the Daily Onion report. As you note, this is so hilarious because it is so true. Of course you could say this about most of the old eastern European airports.

Although a parody-some are indeed this bad and worse.

Thanks for sharing!

Karey adamantly denies that the Prague airport is that bad. You can judge for yourself since you have flown into Prague. I look forward to the report on having a cancer screening increases your risk of finding out that you have cancer.
